Field Crops
Alfalfa conditions remain mostly fair to good. Harvesting continues in a few areas across the State. Small grain seeding is wrapping up in most areas.
Range and Pasture
Rangeland conditions continue to vary from very poor to good, depending on location. Range conditions are slowly deteriorating without any significant precipitation. Some of the desert range for cattle is not looking good even with the precipitation received last week. Stock water is short in a few areas.
Arizona Vegetables, Fruit & Specialty Crops
Central Arizona growers shipped broccoli, cabbage, Chinese cabbage, kale greens, bok choy, cilantro, parsley and citrus.
| Western Arizona growers shipped arugula, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, cilantro, Chinese cabbage, endive, escarole, frisee, kale greens, Boston, green leaf, iceberg, red leaf and romaine lettuces.
